Stratton maintains a strategic partnership with consultants in the tri-state area who continue to support projects in the New York's financial district.
Formed in 1994 in New York, Stratton & Associates, Ltd. started helping clients port their 16-bit Windows 3.1 applications to the exciting new 32-bit world of Windows 95 and Windows NT.
